Grand Cherokee WJ Death Wobble Package for 1"-6" of lift

All products in this kit are proudly American-Made, except the steering stabilizer, which is made in Mexico. It's almost impossible these days to find a US-Made steering stabilizer, unfortunately, but we're still looking!

FOR 1999-2004 WJ GRAND CHEROKEES with 1"-6" of lift

(If you've not seen our write-up on Death Wobble, please read that first to understand better of what's going on under your Jeep when the front end begins shaking after you hit a bump with the right front tire.)

This is our most popular and effective package of our best Death Wobble cure parts combined together.  These parts, properly installed on your WJ Grand Cherokee AT THE SAME TIME, will give you somewhere around an 85%-90% chance of curing your case of Death Wobble COMPLETELY.  We've been experimenting with and learning about the root causes of Death Wobble since 2002, and have experience that VERY few other shops possess.  In fact, we get calls for help from other 4x4 shops, and auto mechanics from all over, requesting help and our proven replacement parts to solve the Death Wobble problem their customers are having, because we are the most well-known source (maybe ONLY source); so I feel very comfortable in recommending these parts together as a package, not only because of our experience in curing our customers Death Wobble problems literally hundreds of times over close to 10 years time, but because few shops know as much as we know about it.

In fact, we have also invented several products SPECIFICALLY designed to cure Death Wobble and reduce the "play" in the front end of the WJ Grand Cherokee built from 1999 to 2004.  Unfortunately, the WJ Grand gets Death Wobble worse, and more frequently, than any other Jeep.

This package includes ALL the following items combined that we recommend people purchase and install TOGETHER when they are having Death Wobble problems, as discussed in our article on Death Wobble on our webpage.  The following items are also available separately if you already own one or more of these components, by searching for the part number in the search box at the upper left corner of any page.

KOR-1199 Super Durometer Bushings, upper and lower

KOR-1109 x2 Special Polyurethane Bushing Lubricant Tubes

KOR-9309 Hard-KOR Steering Stabilizer w/ 1002 hardware

KOR-2092 Hard-KOR Secondary Steering Stabilizer Kit w/ hardware

JKS-127 1.25" Diameter HD Adjustable Front Track Bar (1"-6" lift)

Death Wobble can be triggered by MANY different front end components and alignment settings, so be aware that there is STILL a small chance you may need more assistance after these components are installed.  If so, don't hesitate to give us a call, and we'll talk you though getting this problem solved for you once and for all.  I have searched long and hard to find what components work, and it's now available to you to cure YOUR problem with Death Wobble.

Don't delay your fix.  Get it handled today, and get your Jeep back to driving safely down the highway once again.

NOTE 2:  If you have less than 1" or so of lift, you *MAY* get some rubbing between the new thicker track bar and the cover on your front differential.  This can be remedied a couple of different ways:

1) Tap the cover inward with a hammer where it rubs, in order to clear. The steel is not thick, and it should be pretty easy.  The internal moving parts are NOT in the area behind where the cover rubs (the only thing behind that portion of the cover is air), so you can safely tap it inward an 1/8" or 3/16" at the most

2) Replace your control arm bushings. If they are bad, sometimes the axle will rotate and slide a bit further forward that the factory had intended it

3) Shorten your control arms by purchasing adjustable control arms or using the cam adjustments (varies by model)

4) Add 1" poly spacers to the front of your Jeep between the coil springs and the body, and you'll probably easily clear.
