Yes, the new stabilizer that comes with the XJ kit is to replace the existing one. The hardware is in there as well.

I think I already answered you, but the stabilizer for the XJ goes in PLACE of the factory one. The install instructions are not listed on the XJ side (going to fix that now), but they are listed on the ZJ side for some reason:
