Messenger is typically the quickest way to get an answer, as Rob has questionable work/life balance and responds to them even outside business hours. You can expect an email/messenger response within 24 hours.
Order Status: If you would like to know the status of your order or tracking number, please log into your KOR account or check your e-mail or (FB Messenger) for updates we’ve sent you. (Helpful Tip: We use the e-mail address you gave us when you placed your order, which MAY NOT be your primary e-mail address. If you paid with PayPal, it will be THAT address).
Shipping Guidelines: Our goal is to ship normally stocked items in less than 2 business days after you place the order.
Note: Items drop shipped from our distributors or vendors may take a couple additional days to ship out. If we anticipate an extended delay, we will try to let you know as quickly as possible. Supply chain constraints are still causing unpredictable delays with some vendors and suppliers due to staffing issues.
New orders for hand-built items (Roof Racks, rock sliders, etc.) are currently at a 4-6 week lead time. Current build times are updated and listed on the item page for these items.
Order Status Questions: If it’s been more than 5 BUSINESS days (not calendar days) and the tracking info has not been updated, or your order status on your account has not changed, please send us an inquiry with your order number so we can track it down and figure out what’s going on with it.

We do not have a public storefront.
