Due to extremely high sales volume, we are seeing a little bit longer processing time than normal. We hope to be back to next day shipping soon!. If it's been a full 5 BUSINESS days (not calendar days) since you ordered (does not apply to special order items such as roof racks, bumpers, rock sliders- these have an extended delivery period), and your order status on your account (login info above) has not changed and you've not seen any e-mail updates (see above), please send us an inquiry with your order number so we can track it down immediately and figure out what’s going on with it. Our goal is to ship normally stocked items in less than 2 business days after you place the order.
WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY INSTALL?:
Your shipment will include multiple packages from multiple warehouses in some cases, and though we strive to send tracking 100% of the time, you may not always receive tracking on every single package. Please consider NOT scheduling your installation until EVERY single part is in your possession...because doing so will only frustrate you if something gets damaged/lost in shipping (doesn't happen frequently, but it does happen!), and can become costly.
