If you would like to know the status of your order or tracking number, just log into your KOR account or check your e-mail or text messages for shipping updates we’ve already sent you.  (Helpful Tip: We use the e-mail address you gave us when you placed your order, which MAY not be your primary e-mail address.  If you paid with PayPal, it will be THAT address).



Due to extremely high sales volume, we are seeing a little bit longer processing time than normal. We hope to be back to next day shipping soon!. If it's been a full 5 BUSINESS days (not calendar days) since you ordered (does not apply to special order items such as roof racks, bumpers, rock sliders- these have an extended delivery period), and your order status on your account (login info above) has not changed and you've not seen any e-mail updates (see above), please send us an inquiry with your order number so we can track it down immediately and figure out what’s going on with it.  Our goal is to ship normally stocked items in less than 2 business days after you place the order (and we’re hitting that goal about 80% of the time…some days stuff will even go out the SAME DAY, if you order by 10am MST!!), and non-stocked hand-built items (Roof Racks, Bumpers) in less than 15 business days (and we’re hitting THAT goal about 90% of the time). 


Your shipment will include multiple packages from multiple warehouses in some cases, and though we strive to send tracking 100% of the time, you may not always receive tracking on every single package.  Please consider NOT scheduling your installation until EVERY single part is in your possession...because doing so will only frustrate you if something gets damaged/lost in shipping (doesn't happen frequently, but it does happen!), and can become costly.


We do all sales and customer service via our website, Messenger/Facebook, text, and e-mail, and do not have an in-person retail storefront.   We are not set up for inbound phone calls, but you are welcome to text us the best time to reach you and what we can assist you with at 602.841.3355, and we can text or call you back.



We do not do installations, but we may recommend a shop that our customers have had positive dealings with in the past.
