YouTube Link to Vid Blog Nothing frustrates me more than irresponsible or selfish people who either directly or indirectly I come into contact with!  You know...we all have to live on this planet together...let's not be assholes to each other, OK? Several of us from KOR volunteered for a clean-up this weekend at Table Mesa Road area about a half hour north of Phoenix...a place that many of us from the Valley go to relax and enjoy our Jeeps.  You'd not BELIEVE the amount of crap that people either dump out there, or more accurately, DRAG out there to shoot at.  In the 4 or 5 hours of time we spent out there, I, myself, picked up around 6-8 large-size Hefty garbage bags full of garbage, targets, shotgun shells, brass casings, television sets that had been blown to infinity and beyond, refridgerators, old tires, and any other possible thing you could imagine that can be carried in a truck and shot at. Don't get me wrong...I'm sure there are some responsible shooters out there who pick up their crap when they leave.  Unfortunately, it appears from the mess that very few do.  There was a clean-up in this area only a year ago.  As you already saw in my vid blog, we overflowed an entire 40-yard dumpster, and 60+ people in 4-5 hours of picking up trash were only able to pick up maybe 25% of the mess that's out there! Anyway, the point of this post is not to complain...and I'm not naive enough to think I can change anyone, however, by building awareness (please re-tweet this blog post to help out), I know I can affect people by giving them a variant perspective, and perchance, THEY will decide to make more responsible decisions next time and not be such disrespectful assholes. Enough preachy crap for now.  You can tell I'm passionate about this problem, because it's easy to close trails and wheeling areas when you show pictures of what humans will do (leave trash) when an area of nature is accessible to them for shooting (and dumping for that matter). Please, be respectful of the land, and clean up your crap  when you're out.  I realize I'm preaching to the choir for most of you, but perhaps there are friends or family members who will benefit from reading this post and watching the video.
